KPCSW strongly condemns the AkbarPura, district Nowshera incident where two-year-old innocent girl is attempted to be raped by a person named muhammad hamad. Somehow Citizens caught the accused and handed over it to the police. FIR has been launched by the police under the PPC-376-511-50-53 child protection act.
