MEETING BETWEEN KPCSW AND SPADO
The Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Commission on the Status of Women (KPCSW), Ms. Shazia Atta, held a meeting with Mr. Shahzad Naif, Director Program, Sustainable Peace and Development Organization (SPADO).
The meeting aimed to strengthen collaborative efforts to combat Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Discussions focused on enhancing awareness, building institutional capacity, and improving coordinated response mechanisms to protect vulnerable and marginalized women in the province.
Both parties agreed to work together to promote community awareness, improve access to support services, and safeguard the rights of women and girls. The Letter of Intent (LoI) was signed, marking the commencement of this collaborative initiative.
